Sketching wireframes offers the advantage of speed and flexibility, allowing for quick iterations and easy collaboration without the constraints of software. But when sketches lack precision and clarity, they could potentially lead to misunderstandings especially when others view your work. Wireframe software provides accurate representations and interactive prototypes, but it may require more time to learn and can slow down the initial design process.
For my project, starting with sketching wireframes would be most effective as I am still unsure of my layout. This approach will help me quickly generate ideas and gain feedback. Refining my layout now will make the reast of the process easier for me in the future. Once I have everything organized I will be able to work on more details and interactive designs that can better communicate my goals and an attractive image.
